Characteristics
High-speed mechanical tool changing system, with tool-arm type tool magazine and clamp-arm type tool magazine optional; it takes 1.5s to implement T-T, and 2.6s to implement C-C.
Direct-link high-speed muting of the spindle is used, thereby reducing inertia and vibration; revolving speed: 20000r/min (24000r/min and 30000r/min are optional); thus, the spindle has advantages for machining in the whole parts industry with chamfering requirements. The spindle can keep stable accuracy during high-speed cutting operation.
Unique head is designed, which has more outstanding advantage in allusion to tapping of small screw hole and can implement high-speed and high-accuracy tapping, drilling and milling; compact design with advanced technology; quick movement with speed reaching up to 60m/min; acceleration reaching up to 1.5G, through which the non-cutting time is saved.
Characteristics
The optimized integrated design of the machine body is ensured and high durability of the mechanical structure is stabilized through the high rigidity of structure after finite element analysis (FEM).
The machine body uses the high-density and high-rigidity castings and is subjected to and high temperature annealing and natural ageing treatment.
The ball guide rails having excellent performance are used, thereby significantly reducing noise caused by transmission; and after using for a long time, the accuracy can still be maintained.
Spindle: an appropriate bearing preload is designed, thereby increasing rigidity of the spindle system, avoiding the temperature rise during rotation and prolonging the service life of the bearing. With the adoption of the double-surface-restrained special spindle which contacts with the spindle section and tapered section, the fixation performance is strengthened and the vibration is reduced; and accordingly the high-accuracy and high-speed cutting can be implemented.
